Children under 5 years: Free of Cost
Children between 5 to 11 years (without seat or bedding): 30% of the extra person cost
GST will be charged separately on all ticket prices

Morning Tea/Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, and Light Dinner (Khichdi) will be provided during the tour
Pure Gujarati Vegetarian Meals will be served
Leafway Tourism provides its own catering service (Kitchen)
Meals will be served Buffet Style
Food will be arranged at Roadside Dhaba’s, Temples, or Petrol Pumps while traveling
Special food arrangements will be made for Swaminarayan and Jain Travellers
No room service or extra food service will be available

Stay will be in clean and simple hotels with attached bathrooms (not luxury/star category)
For a third person in a family room, only one extra mattress (not a bed) will be provided
Travelers must follow the Hotel Check-In and Check-Out timings strictly
Any damage or late Check-Out charges must be paid in cash by the traveller at the hotel
Hotel facilities may differ from place to place
Accommodation may be in Two or Three different Hotels inside or near the city
Room types may vary; not all travellers will receive identical rooms
Travelers must carry their own Soap, Towel, Shampoo, etc.

Leafway Tourism will arrange buses as per the group size, from its own or partner companies
At major cities, the bus will go sightseeing once per location only
If a place is closed due to holidays, the bus will not revisit it
Delhi is closed on Mondays, and Agra is closed on Fridays
The bus will go only where allowed. Travelers will use local transport beyond that, at their own cost
Buses will not enter “No-Entry” zones
Luggage will be kept in the bus Luggage Area or on Top
Loading and unloading of luggage will be done by the staff, but travellers must carry their own luggage to and from the Hotel Room

AC bus bookings will be made only if there are enough passengers
If fewer passengers, a non-AC Bus will be arranged, and the fare difference will be refunded before the tour starts
If the AC breaks down during the trip and cannot be repaired, no refund or compensation will be provided
The Bus will not be changed mid-tour
If the AC fails, travel will continue in the same Bus without AC
In summer, due to the heat, the bus body and windows may get hot. Only basic cooling will be maintained
Do not expect strong AC; cooling will be normal only
Other arrangements like food and stay will be the same in both AC and Non-AC Buses
No extra facilities are provided apart from AC
On Hilly Roads, the AC will be turned off for safety

In case of a Bus breakdown or accident, alternative arrangements will be made
As this is a Bus tour, delays in departure, arrival, or meals may occur due to unavoidable reasons
If the trip is interrupted for any reason, alternate transport like train, daily service, or other vehicles will be used to complete the tour
If the tour extends beyond schedule, travellers must pay ₹1500 per person per extra day to the Tour Manager
Travelers must fully read and accept all rules and conditions before booking
No arguments or disputes will be entertained later. Any confusion should be clarified before booking
Travelers must follow the instructions and schedule of the tour manager strictly
Interaction with other company staff members is not allowed during the tour

The following are not included in the package:

Mineral Water, Premium Items, and Medical Expenses
Entry fees at Sightseeing Locations
Boating, Shikara Rides, Houseboats, Ropeways, Swimming, Cable Cars, Horse/Dolly Rides
Porter/Labor Charges, Guides, Room Heaters, and AC usage Charges
Octroi, Customs Duty, Rickshaw, Vehicles, or Other Transport Charges
Laundry, Hot Water, Towels, Soap, Shampoo, Telephone, or Mobile Usage
