At Leafway Tourism, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please follow our policy below:

Cancellation Request Submission

  • Passengers who wish to cancel their tour must submit a written request at the same office where the booking was made.
  • Phone cancellations or modifications will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • 10 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
  • 5 days before departure: 75% of the total amount will be deducted.
  • Less than 5 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

During The Tour

  • If a traveler leaves or cancels the tour for any reason after it has started, no refund will be provided.

Important Notes:

  • Travel is an experience—plan wisely to avoid last-minute cancellations.
Check cancellation policies carefully—some services (like hotels & flights) may have separate rules.
  • Early cancellations help—notifying us in advance allows us to assist you better.
Refund processing time—it may take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
